assayquant成立于2015年，致力于开发激酶和磷酸酶的荧光底物。assayquant提供du特的动力学酶和抑制剂活性测定的广泛产品组合。其zhuan利技术phosphosens使用优化的肽或蛋白质底物中的磺胺基氧（sox）色基，当其在激酶、atp和mg2+存在下被磷酸化时，产生荧光信号。其结果使用常见的微板读数器以均匀和连续（动力学）的形式测量蛋白激酶活性，荧光的水平与磷酸化产物的数量成正比。至今为止，assayquant已经开发出了针对400多种激酶和磷酸酶的测量试剂盒以及30000+的荧光多肽底物。
主要产品线
一、动力学（fi）激酶、磷酸酶及抑制剂测定底物
phosphosens的连续（动力学）测定只需添加和读取，通过直接实时动态测量荧光强度（fi），具有很高的准确度和精密度，每30秒到两分钟进行一次读数。这种测定方式还可以校正化合物自发荧光，背景信号不随时间变化，并且可以通过从总荧光（包括酶的所有组分）中减去背景信号（包括化合物和除酶之外的反应的所有组份）来校正，以确定每个时间点的净荧光信号。这种方式基本上与任何能够进行动力学读数的市售荧光微板读取器以及相关的实验室自动化设备兼容。无需反应终止或其它步骤，最大限度地节省时间。
二、phosphosens -red-shift测定
为了消除背景荧光，assayquant提供了phosphosens-red分析，可以在更长（>600 nm）的波长下进行检测，具有相同的最大激发，并使用时间分辨荧光（trf）。使用同一种已优化的csox底物为蛋白激酶和磷酸酶同时提供动力学和终点法测试。终点法分析时利用铕离子置换镁离子，并在发射波长的激发和检测之间延迟100µs，获取数据时间为300µs，以避免反应混合物中荧光信号污染。
