使用气相色谱 - 高分辨质谱法分析 9 种亚硝胺时显示出良好的选择性和灵敏度，取得了较低的方法检出限。使用 同位素稀释法取得
方法学参数：方法准确度 (80–120%), 方法精密度 (<15%)，方法检出限 (0.08–1.7 ng/l)。
19个水体样品（其中16个取自饮用水厂，2个取自污水处理厂，1个取自水库） 。当使用高剂量的氯气进行水处理时，亚硝胺的浓度较高，
为 309.4 和 730.2 ng/l。 自来水厂亚硝胺含量较低，为 (n.d.-28.6 ng/l)。高浓度的亚硝胺出现在氯化和臭氧化处理的水体中。
