server2008+apa2.2+php5.4+oracle配置
以前是可以连接上的，我更换了服务器的ip后，php就连接不上数据库了，报错oci_connect(): ocienvnlscreate() failed. there is something wrong with your system - please check that path includes the directory with oracle instant client libraries in e:\workspace\oracle.php on line 3。
但是在其他机器上仍然可以连接成功数据库。
