欧洲认证细胞培养物保藏中心（ecacc）是英国卫生安全局的四个培养物保藏机构之一。ecacc提供经过认证和质量控制的细胞系、核酸和诱导的多能干细胞（ipsc）。
ecacc细胞库成立于1985年，是一个细胞培养库，为研究界提供服务，并为欧洲提供国际存管局认可的zhuan li存管。在过去的30年里，ecacc细胞库不断扩张和多样化，成为世界上经过认证的细胞培养物的主要集合之一，这仍然是ecacc业务的核心。目前收集的细胞系代表45种不同的物种、50种组织类型、300种hla类型、450种单克隆抗体和至少800种遗传疾病。开发和维护这样一个多样化的集合不可避免地产生了高水平的专业知识，再加上英国卫生安全局的支持，使ecacc细胞库能够将自己定位为细胞培养各个方面的专业知识中心。
ecacc细胞库提供全面的细胞培养服务，包括细胞系认证和培训课程，并将业务扩展到新产品领域，如从细胞系和ipsc中提取的高质量基因组dna。
