欧洲电工标准化委员会 cencele针对家用电器安全标准发布欧盟偏差a11要求，以下标准都增加此偏差要求:
·en 60335-2-15:2016+a11:2018 particular requirements for appliances for heating liquids 液体加热器的特殊要求，生效日期 2019年3月28日。
·en 60335-2-16:2003+a1:2008+a2:2012+a11:2018 particular requirements for food waste disposers废弃食物处理器的特殊要求，生效日期 2019年2月17日。
·en 60335-2-55:2003+a1:2008+a11:2018 particular requirements for electrical appliances for use with aquariums and garden ponds水族箱和花园池塘用电器的特殊要求，生效日期 2019年4月5日。
·en 60335-2-59:2003+a1:2006+a2:2009+a11:2018 particular requirements for insect killers 灭虫器的特殊要求，生效日期 2019年4月5日。
·en 60335-2-85:2003+a1:2008+a11:2018 particular requirements for fabric steamers织物蒸汽机的特殊要求，生效日期 2019年4月5日。
具体偏差主要包括:
·上述标准和lvd 指令2014/35/eu安全目标之间的涵盖关系。
·欧洲标准需要考虑家用电器带给家庭所有成员,可能遇到的合理可预见性的危险，但不包括儿童玩电器;幼童使用;儿童在没有看护下使用器具以及很弱势群体（能力严重缺陷）的使用。
·在en 60335-2-15/a11:2018 增加新产品pot coffee maker（壶式咖啡机） 的测试要求：
１.appliance without a filter intended to make coffee by bringing to the boil very fine ground coffee in water. these appliances do not have a lid or similar device. 这种壶式咖啡机没有过滤器和盖子，是中东、高加索、巴尔干半岛和东欧的传统制作咖啡的方式。此壶式咖啡机也可以用于煮其他液体，例如牛奶、汤等。
2.增加说明书警告：
caution: never fill the pot coffee-maker above the maximum level since hot foaming coffee or other liquids (e.g. milk) might overflow during heating.
3.增加新章节22.z101， 壶式咖啡机在正常使用时不应该有咖啡泡沫溢出。
