近期，国家为缓解医用防护服、护目镜等防控物资供不应求的严峻形势，出台了一系列相关此次疫情防控的临时应急措施，及时保障了一线医护人员的安全。下面我们通过一些现行标准的比较，来更直观地了解医用防护鞋服。
目前上，医用防护相关的标准很多，iso（标准化协会）相关标准主要集中在术语和试验方法，而较为通用的是美国和欧盟标准。
我国防护鞋服的产品标准主要由国家标准和行业标准组成，防护服、口罩、手套、眼部护具和防护鞋相关标准分别为：gb 19082-2009《医用一次性防护服技术要求》、gb 2626-2006《呼吸防护 自吸过滤式防颗粒物呼吸器》、gb 19083-2010《医用防护口罩技术要求》、gb 7543-2006《一次性使用灭菌橡胶外科手套》、gb 10213-2006《一次性使用橡胶检查手套》、gb 14866-2006《个人用眼护具技术要求》、gb 21147-2007《个体防护装备 防护鞋》等。
美国的医护标准是由nfpa（美国国家防火协会）制定的nfpa 1999《紧急医疗事故现场防护服》，适用于急救医疗，规定了为人员提供阻隔血液和体液的低防护标准，把对人体的防护分为头部、身体（除头、手、足以外的所有部分）、手和足部四种，其产品按照这四个功能分为：
（1）面部防护品：包括飞沫眼部防护品、带帽兜的头盔、面具等；
（2）防护衣；
（3）隔离带、围裙、袖套等；
（4）急救鞋。
欧盟的标准则是由cen（欧盟标准化委员会）制定的。包括en 14126-2003《防护服 抗感染防护服的性能要求和试验方法》等。
在防护鞋服产品的包装和标识方面，我国标准和美国nfpa 1999、欧盟标准都做了较为全面和严格的规定。
医用防护服
医用防护服作为防化服中的一种类型，它主要用于医护人员穿着，能有效的阻隔微生物、阻挡体液渗透、防止疾病传染的工作服装。
我国gb 19082-2009《医用一次性防护服技术要求》中规定防护服由连帽上衣、裤子组成，分为连身式结构和分身式结构，不适用于可重复使用的防护服，并对医用防护服的阻燃性能、沾水等级、电荷密度、断裂延伸率及防水性等指标作出规定。
美国nfpa 1999标准适用的防护服分为一次性和可重复使用两种，包括分体式和连体式的工作服、病患使用的。除了常规的物理强力性能、阻燃性能等指标外，该标准还要求进行整体测试，隔离层和接缝要经过抗液体和微生物透过测试。
欧盟的en 14126-2003《防护服 抗感染防护服的性能要求和试验方法》适用于可重复的和有限使用的防护服，但不适合外科医生及手术过程中为避免交叉感染的患者穿着用。其中要求防护服的接缝处应符合en 14325中的强度要求。整套防护服按照防护性能分为6类，从type1到type6，数字越小防护越高；type4为医用推荐要求，带（b）的类型是生物防护，一般优先选择带b类型防护服。
橡胶手套
我国医用手套标准主要是gb 7543-2006《一次性使用灭菌橡胶外科手套》和gb 10213-2006《一次性使用橡胶检查手套》，分别等同采用iso 10282：2002《一次性使用灭菌橡胶外科手套 规范》（英文版）和iso 11193.1：2002《一次性使用医用橡胶检查手套 第1部分：乳胶或橡胶溶液制造的手套规范》（英文版）。目的是为保护病人和使用者分别在外科操作和医用检查或诊断治疗过程中免于交叉感染。这两类手套都是一次性手套。两份标准主要测试手套的不透水性和老化前后拉伸性能，但没有防病毒透过的要求和测试方法。而nfpa 1999主要是为急救人员提供防护，要求测试液体透过、阻隔病毒透过等性能，并对医疗急救工作的特点设计了测试方法和程序。
护目产品
我国护目产品生产主要采用强制性国家标准gb 14866-2006《个人用眼护具技术要求》。该标准规定了个人用眼护具的光学、抗冲击、耐热、耐腐蚀、刺激性气体防护等技术性能要求及相应的试验方法，适用于除核辐射、x光、激光、紫外线、红外线及其他辐射以外的各类个人用眼护具。根据护具的外形可以分为眼镜、眼罩和面罩，镜片分为有机镜片和无机镜片两种。
眼部护具应具备提供保护及对抗1）不同强度的冲击、2）可见光辐射、3）熔融金属飞溅、4）液体雾滴和飞溅、5）粉尘、6）刺激性气体等伤害或这些类型伤害的人和组合的功能。
美国nfpa 1999中规定，如果一次性护目产品覆盖眼睛部分不是一整块塑料或固体薄膜，用于护目产品的材料应进行微生物透过测试。除此之外还要进行液体完整性测试、视力/成雾性试验。如护目产品中有使用织物，则每一层织物还要进行可燃性试验，火焰蔓延时间应在3.5秒以上。
美国标准ansi z87.1-2015《职业和教学用个人眼部和面部防护装备》适用于焊接用防护目镜、护目镜、面罩等产品，规定了眼部防护装备的光学要求、物理性能、镜片小厚度、耐冲击性能以及对光辐射、液体雾滴和飞溅、粉尘等的防护要求。
足部防护品
我国关于防护鞋品的标准是gb 21147-2007《个体防护装备 防护鞋》，该标准修改采用iso 20346:2004《个体防护装备 防护鞋》，其中鞋底性能、足趾保护、防漏性、外底的撕裂强度、耐磨性、水解、耐油性等条款为强制性要求。
nfpa 1999标准规定了应急鞋的防滑、耐穿刺、孔眼的剥离强度、可燃性等性能指标，同时要求进行整体测试，隔离层和接缝要经过抗液体和微生物透过测试。
