1.首先可程式高低温箱内壁应使用耐热不易氧化和具有一定机械强度的材料制造。应无影响试验的污染源。

附：可程式高低温箱安全和环境保护要求：

（1）.接线端子对箱体金属外壳之间的绝缘电阻值应满足：冷态2mω以上，热态1mω以上(用500v，准确度为1.0级兆欧表测量)，并能承受50hz交流电压1500v、施压时间5s耐电压试验。

（3）.应有超温、过电流、缺水等保护及报警装置。
