1、安装 nginx, 
进入conf文件夹配置nginx.conf  设置http 里面server属性

            root   html;
        }
#设置php-cgi模式
location ~ \.php$ {

              fastcgi_param  script_filename  $document_root$fastcgi_script_name;
              include        fastcgi_params;
         }

2、安装php （cgi模式）~忽略
3、启动环境
启动nginx: 
taskkill /f /im nginx.exe >nul
start e:\nginx\nginx-1.8.0\nginx.exe
启动fastcgi
e:\nginx\php5\php-cgi.exe -b 127.0.0.1:9000 -c e:\nginx\php5\php.ini
可以runhiddenconsole控制cmd命令行不显示
再写一个stop的bat
@echo off
echo stopping nginx...  
taskkill /f /im nginx.exe > nul
echo stopping php fastcgi...
taskkill /f /im php-cgi.exe > nul
exit
