thinkphp3.2与mongodb3.2 报错

mongodb 启动没启动，都是报这样的错误
failed to connect to: localhost:27017: previous connection attempts failed, server blacklisted，不知道是php-mongodb.dll有问题还是别的什么有问题
换了好多php-mongodb.dll均是这样的错误
求哪个大神用过可用的php-mongodb.dll发一个，谢谢
