安装yii碰到“the file or directory to be published does not exist bower/jquery/dist”

yiichina给的是composerglobalrequirefxp/composer-asset-plugin:~1.0.0
官网给的是composer global require fxp/composer-asset-plugin:~1.1.1
改成官网的再生成basic网站就可以正常访问了
