补体因子h(complement factor h)是膀胱肿瘤抗原(bladder tumor antigen, bta)的具体成分,是由尿路上皮肿瘤细胞和巨噬细胞产生的,不是正常表皮细胞产生的。补体因子h的产生赋予体内肿瘤细胞一种选择性生长优势,让细胞逃逸宿主免疫系统监视,帮助肿瘤细胞逃脱人体内在调控避免凋亡 。当尿液补体因子h水平较高时,提示尿路上皮肿瘤的发生。补体因子h可用于尿路上皮肿瘤的早期检测和复发监测。
生物功能:
补体因子h(传统习惯简称为bta)在控制补体激活替代途径的时候扮演关键的负反馈作用,这个替代补体途径可以裂解外来细胞。bta结合补体因子c3b后,可以抑制膜攻击复合物的形成,从而阻止细胞裂解。bta干扰补体级联反应,以免细胞被补体裂解。bta的产生赋予体内肿瘤细胞一种选择性生长优势,让细胞逃逸宿主免疫系统监视 。
临床应用:
1检测尿液补体因子h(bta)水平可对尿路上皮肿瘤进行早期鉴别和复发监测。
2联合尿液补体因子h(bta)和尿细胞学检查用于膀胱癌高危人群筛查。
