圆缺孔板流量计广泛应用于脏污介质

圆缺孔板流量计的开孔是圆的一部分(圆缺部分),这个圆的直径是管道直径的98%,开孔的圆弧部分的圆心应地定位,使之与管道同心,这样可保证开孔不会被管道及两端的垫片或由于管道偏心而发生遮盖。圆缺孔板流量计适用于湿煤气等脏污介质的测量,可以避免脏物在孔板前后淤积,被广泛应用在各种煤气和脏污流体的测量上。
测量原理:
圆缺孔板流量计是在标准孔板的基础上研发的节流式流量传感器。由于它采用环形通道式结构,使各种脏腑介质通过孔板与管道之间环缝间轻松通过。因此圆缺孔板流量计广泛应用于脏污介质的流量测量。

安装要求:
1. 圆缺孔板只适用于安装在水平或倾斜管道上,不能在垂直管道上使用,被测流体中含有固体颗粒时,缺口应处于下方,如果液体中有气体析出,则缺口应置于上
2. 取压管道焊接前,应先将管道上的取压孔钻好,其直径与取压法兰上的取压孔径相同,取压法兰上的取压孔与管道上的取压孔对准。
3. 节流装置与管道连接时,焊接处端面与管道轴线的不垂直度不得大于1°,焊接后内部焊缝应加工处理,使其光滑,无焊巴和焊渣。
