胃泌素(gastrin i)又称为胃膜素，是由胃粘膜内分泌g细胞产生的胃肠道激素，是胃酸分泌的有效刺激物。胃窦扩张、部分消化的蛋白质、氨基酸以及闻到、尝到、咀嚼或吞咽食物导致的迷走神经刺激都有助于g细胞储存的胃泌素释放。此外，咖-啡-因、酒精、低血糖、抗酸剂和升高的钙水平也会刺激胃泌素释放。血清胃泌素水平升高与十二指肠溃疡、幽门螺旋杆菌感染、结肠直肠癌以及其他肿瘤和癌性病变有关。
