rman备份报rman-03009: failure of control file and spfile autobackup command

现象描述
生产数据库rman备份成功之后报了一个错，发现为数据文件，控制文件还有归档备份完成之后才报的错，按道理不影响备份，但是有报错影响以后备份检查,需要进行解决
具体报错信息如下，，

诊断和解决过程
1.备份脚本一直没有动过，以前备份都没有报过这个错，排除是脚本问题
2.经查证为oracle 11.2.0.2的bug,bug号为10317487
3.解决方案为升级数据库或下载10317487打上补丁
