技术标准和应用规格：
电磁阀根据namur标准直接安装：
气体附件根据namurvdi/vde3845标准安装；
阀门根据eniso5211标准连接；
3.inspectionatdelivery&storage交付和存储时的检验
3.1allactuatorswillbeexaminedwhendeliveredtoensurethattheyhavenotsufferedanydanageduringtransport.inrormthesupplierinnediayifthereisanydanage.
所有的气动头在交付时必须经过仔细检查以确保在运输过程中未受损坏。如果发现任何损坏，应产即告知供应商。
3.2asstandard,actuatorswillleavethefactoryinclosedposition.
标准气动头在出厂时保持关闭位置

为了防止恶劣天气的影响和受潮，每台气动头在存放时都用封闭式纸箱包装完好。
3.4actuatorswillnotbeunpackeduntilltheirdefintiveinstallation,exceptrorinspectionpurpsese.
气动头在要安装之前不得拆除包装，除非测试需要。
4.installation安装
4.1thehandlingandtransportoftheactuatorsmustbecarriedoutwithextremeprecautionandusingthenecessaryandadequatemeansdependingontheirsizeandweightinordertoavoidriskstotheoperatorshandingthem.
在搬运气动头时，根据气动头的大小和重量用合适的设备谨慎操作，以免发生危险。

在安装时先检查一下气动头的外观状况，防止在运送和操作过程中发生损坏。
4.2actuatorsshouldbeinstalledinsuchawaythattheyareeasytoacessinordertotheperiodicinspectionsandcorrespondingmaintenanceoperationsnecessarytoguaranteetheperformancequalitiesthattheyhavebeendesignedtor.
为了方便定期检测和相应的维护操作，气动头应安装在容易接触到的地方，保证设计要求的性能。

气动头安装时应保证——对应，以确保气动头不会受到因安装不当引起的意外压力的影响。

安装完毕后，在会后检查一下气动头，开启和关闭操作几次，以确保气动头正常运作。

气动头在装备时已加过润滑油，因此以后不需要在额外加润滑油。

利用干燥且干净的空气可以延长气动头合其他附件的使用寿命。

气动头安装可以与管道平行，也可以与之成900
4.2.3thenormalperformanceoftheactuatorsistocloseclockwiseandtoopenanticlockwise.however,thismaybeinvertedunderrequest.
通常情况下操作气动头的方法是顺时针关闭，逆时针开启，在有特定要求情况下可以逆转。
4.3makesurethattheactuatorandthevalveareinthesameposition,openorclosed.
确定气动头和阀门同时处于开启或关闭的位置。
4.4whenassembingtheactuatoronthevalve,checkthecorrectalignmentofthesettoensurethatthecoupingpartsworkperfectlyaligned.
在阀门上装备气动头时，检查整套装置（阀门的气动头）是否正确对齐，以确保联接部分能衔接。
4.5thecouplingbolts,whethertheactuatorconnectsdirectlytothevalveorusesabracket,theymustbetightenedproportionally,distributingthestress,beforetighteningthemcompietey.
无论气动头是直接与阀门连接还是用支架与阀门连接，联接螺栓必须先按比例预紧，以分散压力，然后才能*拧紧。

在*拧紧连接螺栓前，对气动头进行试操作两次，以确保能正确合轴。
5.preventivemaintenance预防性的维护
5.1thisbasicallyconsistsinaperiodicinspectiontoseethethecorrectfunctioningoftheactuator
这部分基本上就是做周期性的检查，看看气动头是否运行正常。
5.2actuatorsmustbeoperatedatleastonceeverysixmonths,however,dependingontheapplicationoftheactuator,thismaybedonewithinshorterperiods.
气动头至少每六个月运行1次，但是考虑到气动头的应用不同，可能在更短的周期内需要运行。
5.3itistheenduser’sresponsibilitytoestablishtheseoperationplansdependingontheworkingconditions.
zui终用户应根据各自的工作情况建立相应的操作步骤。

5.4itisrecommendedtoreplaceo-rings,guidesandwasherswhenanin-depthrevisionoftheinstallationismade.
如果气动头安装有较大的改变，建议更换密封圈，滑动异片和垫圈。
6.maintenanceoperations运行维护
6.1precautionsbeforedisassembly!气动头拆卸前的防范工作
6.1.1disconnecttheactuatoranditsaccessoriesfromtheairandelectricalnetwork,
先将气动头合其他附件上的气源线和电源线拆下；
6.1.2disassemblythesolenoidfromtheactuator.
再将电磁阀从气动头上拆下；
6.1.3disassemblytheactuatorfromthevalveand/orfromits
售后服务
本公司销售的所有产品一律按我司三包规则：如有质量问题，七天包换，一年保修，维身维修。
以下情况下不享受包退换货服务：
1. 客户自行拆机或撕毁，涂改机身所贴的易碎保修标贴，则视为主动放弃保修权利
2. 包修，包换期内发生商品外观磨损及附属配件缺少的
3. 非承担保修责任的第三方拆动，改装，改版造成损坏的
4. 由于人为原因造成的机器损坏，外力碰撞，坠落，等其他原因造成的个人失误
5. 免费保修期外，我们提供有偿维修服务（只收成本配件费用）
