the database cluster initaialisation failed
重试了很多次，问题依旧，最终通过上网搜索，按以下方法解决了问题：
database locale设置问题，不能选default了，选择了chinese或chinese,macau s.a.r.，剩下的一切顺利。
（建议：采用chinese,macau s.a.r，对中文支持较好）
