抗缪勒管激素（anti-müllerian hormone,amh）,又称缪勒管抑制物（müllerianinhibiting substance，mis），由alfredjost教授在二十世纪四十年代发现。
成熟的激素是由二硫键连接两个相同的72 kd单体形成的二聚体糖蛋白，属于转化生长因子βtransforming growth factor-β,tgf-β超家族。amh主要通过amh受体ⅱamhreceptor ⅱ,amhr ⅱ发挥生物学作用。

样本收集注意事项：
