燃气锅炉在使用过程中的维护保养：
1.严禁在设备运行过程中擦拭或维护设备。严禁用水清洗设备部件，用湿布擦拭火焰观察口玻璃。

clean the damper baffle and gas filter screen at least once a week, so as to keep the air inlet of burner clean, avoid the blockage of gas supply valve assembly and gas supply pipeline, and ensure the normal leak detection and ignition of burner.
3.每周至少清洗一次挡板和气体过滤网，使燃烧器的进风口保持清洁，避免供气阀总成和供气管道堵塞，保证燃烧器的正常检漏和点火。

4.清洗滤网后，必须均匀拧紧过滤器压盖螺栓，并用气体报警器进行检测，防止气体泄漏。

during the operation of the unit, operators of gas-fired hot water boiler should regularly inspect the operation status of all equipment and instruments in the machine room and fill in relevant records in a timely manner.
5.机组运行期间，燃气热水锅炉操作人员应定期检查机房内所有设备、仪表的运行情况，并及时填写相关记录。
注意事项：
及时维修可以提高燃气锅炉的使用寿命，降低故障概率，发现需要提前更换的易损件，并进行更换，以免影响损坏件的正常使用。
