产品原理：
靶向毒素（targeting toxins） = 靶向剂 + saporin
皂草素(saporin)是从石碱草的种子提取出来的一种单链核糖体失活蛋白(scrip) , 进入细胞后可选择性地作用于真核细胞的核糖体和原核细胞裸露的rrna 使其脱嘌呤, 从而抑制蛋白质的合成，最终使目标细胞死亡。
用化学方法将靶向剂和saporin偶联，利用靶向剂的靶向功能把saporin带入细胞内部，从而对目标细胞进行杀伤、清除，非目标细胞则不受影响。
靶向毒素特色应用：
用192-igg-sap（it-01）制作阿尔兹海默症（ad）模型
192-igg-sap能特异性地靶向并消除大鼠海马中lngfr（p75ntr）阳性细胞，包括了基底前脑danjian能神经元(bfcn)。
通过向侧脑室注射192-igg-sap诱导danjian能神经元死亡，导致chat，bdnf，egr1和ache的表达水平下调，影响了海马神经的发生、突触可塑性和神经保护功能，进而使大鼠认知功能受损，制作大鼠阿尔兹海默症（ad）模型。
